My workplace also has a device that outputs hot or cold water, but I never paid much attention to it since I grew up drinking room-temperature tap-water and the building's air-conditioned. That is, until the AC went out on the floor I'm on last month, with no fix in sight heading into northern hemisphere summer (I'm fully aware that in Hawaii that's not nearly as onerous as – basically – the entire rest of the world, but there are a lot of electronics in the building and with the windows closed it gets unpleasantly hot quite quickly). Anyway, my parents happened to get me a vacuum-insulated water bottle for Christmas, and that cold water is suddenly looking quite attractive.
That's sort of the problem with adventures, really, you can't get up to many of them from a nice air-conditioned building while staying comfortable, but have to go outside and get sweaty.
