Episode 2549: Lay Off of My Blue Blade News (SPOILER)
I have to admit, when I watched this in theatres, I didn't notice that Luke's blade was different than what we saw in the momentary flashback when Ben destroyed the jedi academy. It wasn't even a fridge logic moment, it was one of those where the internet points it out in an article. Whereas some people caught on immediately, what we see later with Luke in this film was as surprising to me as it was to Kylo. Call me slow on the uptake.
The way the CIs are handling this by pointing it out specifically and giving it dialogue is a completely different experience that Memnarch and any other first time watchers might get if they're as slow as me (and film Kylo).
Also, great pun on the title. Love me some Elvis.
