It's silly to start nitpicking the ability to teleport, but then that's what we do. So I wonder what the ruling on "familiar location" even is. If you picture a room where you spent a lot of time but it has been repainted since you saw it last, how familiar is it? What if it was repainted the same color? Is familiarity based on time spent in proximity to the molecules, or knowing what to expect to see when you get there?
