So the invitations are five golden tickets to Exegol, distributed randomly among First Order shipments. Kylo gets one, and the Resistance gets one via Rey. This leaves three. The Knights of Ren might get one eventually; perhaps this is what they're looking for on Pasaana*. The massive fleet of random ships that arrives at the end also could have one.
On another note, Anakin still being around supports the laser sword time loop theory. We can probably expect to see him possess the sword during this campaign.
